FALCOROSA

The “Piantoni” vineyard is located in the northwestern part of the estate. Its sunny location and marly-stony soil make it ideal for growing red grape varieties such as Sangiovese and Merlot.

TASTING NOTES
Falcorosa is fresh and fruity, with a coral pink color and bright highlights. On the nose, it offers aromas of white-fleshed fruit and delicate notes of cherry and rose hips. On the palate, it is pleasantly fresh and has a long finish.

Fish appetizers, fish-based dishes (first and second courses), light meats, and fresh and medium-aged cheeses.
