Agriturismo Il Falcone welcomes its guests in two residential units rich in history and charm: the Casa dei Contadini and the Casetta del Pastore. Two distinct farmhouses, immersed in the Suvereto countryside, which tell the story of this place's agricultural past and preserve its authentic soul. Carefully restored with respect for the original structures, they now offer comfort and tranquility without sacrificing their rustic Tuscan character, allowing every guest to choose the atmosphere best suited to their stay, between conviviality and absolute privacy.
Casa Dei
Contadini
The “Casa dei Contadini” farmhouse is the first one you encounter upon arriving at the estate and houses 6 apartments: 4 three-room apartments (two of which are equipped for disabled guests) and 2 two-room apartments. As the name suggests, the farmhouse was once inhabited by the farmers who worked the estate's land and has remained structurally identical to how it was in the 1950s. The 2002 renovation brought new light to the farmhouse without altering its structure, which still features stone walls, terracotta floors, and ceilings with characteristic Tuscan beams. In front of the farmhouse where we now admire a green lawn, the farmyard was once located, and the name of one of the apartments originates from here: Lo Stollo, the support pole around which straw or hay from the haystack was piled. At Il Falcone, we deeply love our land and our origins, and for this reason, we strive to maintain and pass on a link with the past, sharing the history of a place very dear to us with our guests.

Il Palmolone
Three-room apartment located on the ground floor of the Casa dei Contadini. The apartment is divided as follows: living room with sofa and kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms, private bathroom with shower (equipped for disabled guests).
La Stadera
Three-room apartment located on the ground floor of the Casa dei Contadini. The apartment is laid out as follows: a living room with a sofa and kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms, and a private bathroom with a shower (accessible for guests with disabilities).

Pastore
The “Casetta del Pastore” farmhouse houses two two-room apartments and is located in a slightly more secluded position compared to the heart of the estate; for this reason, it is highly appreciated by those seeking total privacy and tranquility.
The farmhouse owes its name to the important role it played in the 1950s, which was to host shepherds who came to Tuscan lands to graze their flocks and stayed for several months right on the Il Falcone grounds. With the 2002 renovation, the farmhouse returned to its former glory, keeping the original features intact: stone walls, exposed beams, and terracotta floors; even the windows, lighting points, and internal division of the apartments have remained identical. Staying in the Casetta del Pastore will take you back in time: sit at the table on the apartments' terrace, close your eyes, and let yourself be guided by the scents and sounds of the Suvereto countryside within an ancient story.

Il Crivello
Located on the ground floor of Casetta del Pastore, the apartment is structured exactly like the two-room apartment on the upper floor with beamed ceilings and terracotta floors, in perfect Tuscan style. Composed of living room with sofa, kitchenette with gas hob and microwave.
Il Graticcio
Located on the upper floor of the Casetta del Pastore, the apartment is a one-bedroom unit in Tuscan style with exposed beam ceiling and terracotta flooring, consisting of a living room with sofa, kitchenette with gas stove and microwave oven.
During the restoration work, a total of 8 apartments
were created (4 two-room and 4 three-room) for couples, families, or small groups, accommodating 2 to 4-5 people.
The apartments are furnished in Tuscan style and all equipped with an outdoor space, central heating, air conditioning, and windows with mosquito nets. Each apartment has a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, and two three-room apartments are equipped to welcome disabled guests.
In the garden surrounding the two farmhouses, there are two barbecue areas for spending pleasant evenings outdoors.
Wi-Fi is available in all apartments and open areas of the farmhouse, such as the swimming pool, the playground, and the garden.
At Il Falcone, you will experience a holiday that will take you back in time, among ancient scents, colors, and traditions.
In a panoramic position among centuries-old olive trees, you will find the heated swimming pool surrounded by a green lawn and sun loungers and umbrellas available to guests, who can thus enjoy moments of pure relaxation while admiring a unique panorama: from the pool, the gaze is lost on the horizon, towards the Tuscan hills as far as the clear sea of the Etruscan Coast.

During your stay, do not miss the opportunity to visit and show your children the open-air Museum of Agricultural Tools, located near the vineyards, where it is possible to visually retrace the history of the machinery used in Tuscan agriculture over the last 100 years, and the Botanical Garden where all the traditional vegetables of Tuscan cuisine are present.
Within the property, there are paths that intertwine through the vineyards and the olive grove where it is possible to go mountain biking, trekking, or take short walks even for families with small children. Lovers of food and wine products can take advantage of the tasting room to sample the wines and oil produced by the farm.
