Services Included
Bed linens, bath linens (1 bath towel + 1 face towel + 1 bidet towel with weekly change + shower mat), kitchen linens, hairdryer, utilities, final cleaning, satellite TV, dishwasher, air conditioning, heating, children's playground, unsupervised covered parking.
Upon arrival, each apartment includes a welcome package (water, wine, oil, salt, pepper, sugar, bathroom set), Wi-Fi in all apartments and in the common areas of the garden and pool.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation, the 30% deposit will not be refunded.
In case of cancellation within 30 days before arrival or in case of no-show, payment of the total booking amount will be required.
Only if the apartment can be re-rented will the guest be refunded the cost of the stay minus the deposit and administrative fees.
Booking
30% deposit at the time of booking via bank transfer.
The balance of the apartment and any extras must be paid the day before departure.
Services at Extra Cost
Mid-week extra cleaning with extra linens (EUR 50), use of washing machine + ironing board and iron (€3.00 per wash), extra bed (incl. bed and bath linens) 140 euros/week, extra crib incl. bed and bath linens (140 euros/week), baby high chair (€30 per week), bicycles (€6 per day).
Electric car and bike charging
The agriturismo has a charging point for electric cars and bikes.
Cost based on consumption
Notes
As of January 1, 2012, the Tuscany Region introduced the Tourist Tax. The Municipality of Suvereto applies the Tourist Tax at the rate of €1.50 per night for adults and all children over 15 years of age for a maximum of 10 days. The tax must be paid directly at the agriturismo upon arrival, and the guest will receive a receipt for the payment made.
